Come enjoy a weekend of relaxation, yoga, and fun at this amazing annual winter retreat! Post holiday blues can set in as the temperatures drop so come have some serious fun, play in the snow and find your winter spirit. We want you to come play, relax, and bond while enjoying all that the Northeast has to offer during this beautiful time of year. You may have some new experiences and make some new friends. The weekend will combine yoga, meditation, snow shoeing and amazing group activities and meals. We anticipate this to be a super fun, magical weekend. The price is $799 ($429 if you don't need a bed) for the weekend which includes food, lodging, wine, yoga and workshops. Leave a $200 deposit to reserve your spot and pay the balance by 11/15/23.

Location
Nestled in the northeast, in Saratoga Springs at a gorgeous large, luxury home is a special place that offers options for activities as well as rest and relaxation. Only 10 minutes from Downtown Saratoga Springs is where we will gather. This beautiful property that overlooks the woods will be our home. Our wonderful chef, Andrea, will make amazing meals. We have a hot tub at our disposal, massages are optional. We will do yoga, have meditation, play and dance and of course have our usual fun Pajama party.
Price: The price for this weekend will be $799 per person for single occupancy. If you want to share a room, please let me know. What’s included: This price includes everything for the weekend that you will be doing – lodging, delicious carefully prepared meals, Yoga, meditation, hiking or snowshoeing (bring snow shoes if you want to partake), parties, events, and wine. You will only be responsible for getting yourself to the home, your equipment rentals and any alcohol you would like to consume (beyond the wine). |
Activities
Yoga – if you have never practiced yoga or if you have a regular practice, you will love practicing here. Carrie Kaufman is an accomplished Y500 yoga teacher and a certified meditation teacher with years of experience. She will lead you through challenging and relaxing practices.
Meditation – start the day with a meditation. This guided meditation will enable you to start your day with clarity and a renewed sense of calm. If you have never meditated before, come try it. The benefits are many. Team events – There will be social events both Friday and Saturday evenings for people to gather, get to know each other, let off steam and have a great time. Workshops – Carrie will lead the group through workshops looking at stress triggers, coping mechanisms and finding joy and energy through any stressful time. The participants will help support and give ideas for ways to enjoy the winter season in the best way possible. |
AgendaFriday: Plan on arriving at 4:00- 5:00pm on Friday to check into your room, unpack and unwind. There will be a welcoming circle and a yoga class at 5:00pm and then the group will enjoy a delicious dinner. There will be an opening ice breaker and a moonlight walk or snowshoe. You wouldn’t want to miss this opportunity to bond with other retreat goers. Saturday: A light snack will be available before you begin the day’s activities in the kitchen starting at 7:30. There will be a guided meditation and yoga from 8:00-9:30 followed by breakfast from 10-11:00. After breakfast will be a hike or snow shoe. Lunch will be served from 1-2:00. Afternoon, head out for more playing, get a massage or just relax. We will come back for a fun, exotic dance class before our group dinner at 7:00pm. After dinner, meet us back in the living room for the evening activity - the annual pajama party! Sunday: Snack and coffee will be served at 7:30 and meditation and yoga will be offered at 8:00-9:30 Grab some breakfast and head out for some playing until burnch. After brunch, we will meet to close the weekend and prepare to return to your lives and family in early afternoon on Sunday. Register Here. |
