Build Your Vision - Before you can experience change, it is imperative that you know what you are trying to accomplish. In order to do this, I work with clients to help them develop a robust vision. This is in the form of a written vision and a graphical representation. Building this will help clarity the vision and be a continuous anchor to help instill a visceral reminder of why you are making the change
Understand Your Strengths - You have a whole lot of skills and strengths that have powered you through many obstacles in your past. It is important to be able to tap into these strengths as you are implementing change as you will, indeed, need to overcome obstacles. I utilize many tools to help my clients gain a very clear Strength Summary.
Build Your Action Plan - Now you can start to detail out the exact steps and tactics you need to conduct in order to implement the change in your life. I will work with you to schedule these out in an obtainable way so that you can fit them into your life.
Overcome Obstacles - We all have things that stop us and self limiting beliefs that prevent us from achieving our goals. I will have you work through a number of exercises to get clear on these and help you release them and let them go. As we move through implementing change, new obstacles will come up - I work with my clients to remove these as we go.
Create Reminders - Change is more likely to happen when we are constantly reminded of the commitments we made and the outcome we hope to achieve. I will work with you to create a system of reminders in your home, car, workplace, on your phone, etc. so that you will constantly know what you need to do and why you are doing it.
Ensure Accountability - This is a key step to ensure that the change is sustainable. We need tools, people and groups to help keep us on our path. I will work with you to ensure that this system is in place so that you are supported fully as you go through your change process.
