Our June retreat has sold out for the last 3 years! For those of you lucky enough to be registered to attend, here's what you can expect:
Nestled alongside the Green River in Sandgate, VT is where our Inn is located (just one hour from Saratoga Springs and two hours from NYC). The Inn is surrounded by mountains. The silence is deafening and the scenery is magnificent. Picture an authentic, quiet inn in Vermont! We have exclusive run of the Inn with no other guests. We will enjoy yoga, meditation, hiking and painting as well as some local flavors of summertime in Vermont.
