Here's an idea. Instead of beating yourself up for all you didn't get done this week, how about on Friday you take 10 minutes and create a "done" list. Take out a piece of paper or your pc and document all you have accomplished this week including anything you did to take care of yourself like exercise, eat well, see friends in addition to those big work milestones. Take a moment to celebrate what you did. You are awesome and look how much you got done! I hope you have an excellent weekend.
The one constant in life is change. How we navigate that change is who we are. Creating sustainable change is a more deliberate action and gives us the life we want.
